Fairness Policy

It is the policy of this site to provide equal access to those with opposing views. Anyone wishing to undertake defense of the Israeli position is welcome to submit their materials and we will post them on this site, unedited. Of course, such materials cannot be offensive or grossly, blatantly erroneous in nature.

There are some anonymous individuals who have undertaken to post their criticism of this site on web sites that do not identify those responsible for preparing them. These individuals do not provide any mechanism for rebuttal or feedback. We suggest that readers take into account the unwillingness of these critics to identify themselves and allow direct response to their allegations when evaluating their credibility. After all, why would an honest person with a legitimate agenda wish to hide behind a mask of anonymity? More importantly, what do these people have to fear from responses if their information and allegations are accurate?

We welcome all responsible criticism and we are quite prepared to defend our materials and arguments or, if proven wrong, change them. Anyone may post their opinion, supportive or critical, in the USS Liberty Inquiry discussion forum. Of course, all such comments are available for review and comments by anyone who visits the forum.

Those who fear attaching their real name to their comments, or are ashamed of doing so, may post anonymously as a Regular Member in the Regular Members forum area. To post comments in the remaining Advanced Member forums, however, members must use their real names, agree to keep their postings civil, and abide to a stricter Zero Tolerance Policy than the Regular Members are subject.

This web site offers space to authors of books that are reviewed here to post unedited rebuttals to the comments found in these reviews. Any author who wishes to post rebuttal materials need only contact the site administrator and arrangements will be made to post the author's complete, unedited rebuttal.
This web site also considers any reviews or summaries of any book sent to the site administrator.
